My Approach
I offer a warm, professional approach to emotional well-being. If you are ready to engage in a process that promotes growth and resilience in a supportive environment, I am dedicated to providing you with effective strategies tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.
My goal is to help you overcome obstacles, achieve personal growth, and lead a fulfilling life. I offer cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, and Clinical EFT. Research shows mind body therapy to be effective in delivering symptom improvement and symptom free status beyond completion of therapy. Unlike traditional talk therapy, which emphasises problem analysis, clinical EFT directly targets the body’s emotional response system, so stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma and physical pain are quickly alleviated.

With a focus on holistic well-being, we set goals and work together to get results. The sessions are designed to create lasting positive change.

Are you ready to start to feel better from the first session?

Research- The science of EFT explained

EFT Tapping rewires the brain to remove the unconscious blocks that influence our actions that keep us stuck and unable to move forward.

EFT tapping works by stimulating the vagus nerve and calming the amygdala (the stress response centre of the primitive brain that activates our fight flight, freeze, fawn responses), this promotes relaxation by decreasing resting heart rate, reducing blood pressure, the stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline, reducing inflammation, improving concentration and cognition.
